Job Description

We are recruiting a Training Administrator.  

Main responsibilities:

  • Log all training related information on the HRDC platform for registration purpose
  • Assist in invoicing with regards to HRDC refund 
  • Prepare attendance sheets, certificates of attendance and letter of attestations
  • Scan, file and share training related documents with relevant parties
  • Update calendar of activities, and availability of all trainers
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for internal and external training programs (e.g. booking venues, training materials, attendance records).
  • Support the L&D team in tracking and evaluating training outcomes and participant feedback.
  • Ensure all pre- and post-training documentation complies with HRDC and MQA requirements.
  • Maintain a calendar of training sessions and HRDC deadlines to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
  • Assist in compiling data for training reports and L&D metrics.

Profile:

  • Degree or Diploma would be an advantage
  • Experience in an administrative role with prior knowledge to HRDC/MQA functioning.
