Job Description

Our client, a well-known insurance agent is looking for a meticulous and dedicated Claims Executive.

Duties

• Assist customers in filing new insurance claims accurately and efficiently – Motor & Non Motor Insurance

• Investigate and analyse facts about insurance claim cases.

• Examine policy provisions in order to determine coverage eligibility.

• Negotiate settlements with claimants on behalf of the company.

• Advise customers on the status of their claims throughout the process.

• Monitor progress of pending claims and resolve any delays in a timely manner.

• Resolve customer complaints by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.

• Assist claimants, providers and clients with problems or questions regarding claims.

• Review and evaluate customer claims for accuracy and completeness.

• Manage customer service inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

• Communicate regularly with customers to gain insights into their needs.


Qualifications

HSC level

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Proficiency in English and French (both verbal and written)

Proficient with MS Office

Any qualification in insurance will be an advantage
