Job Description

Our client is recruiting Assistant Pensions Administrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly allocations
  • Maintain membership records
  • Prepare correspondence, data and reporting to Employers, Members, Service Providers and other Stakeholders
  • Participate in departmental activities, including meetings, as and when required

 Profile of the ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of HSC qualification with at least 2 years' work experience
  • Prior experience in the related field will constitute an advantage
  • Have good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Have good communication skills – both written and oral
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools
  • Be able to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
