Our client, an international company is recruiting an HR Coordinator to report to the Head of Human Resources

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will assist with HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, process documentation, and update internal databases.
  • Support HR initiatives, including performance management, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Liaise with all renewal of work permits applications with the appropriate institution.
  • Manage all medical application forms and renewals
  • Assist in the follow up of all HRDC online forms, invoices etc...
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Support HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, policy updates, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in an administrative or coordination capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

 Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling confidential employee information.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
