Our client (healthcare Institution) is looking for a Human Capital Generalist.

Reporting to the Managing Director (Dotted to the Human Capital Specialist).

Job Summary:

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HC Generalist to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HC functions while respecting the company culture and fostering stability within the organization.

The HC Generalist will play an integral role in promoting a positive work environment, maintaining strong employee relations, and ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees, verifying attendance, leave records, and benefits.
    • Recruitment: Oversee local and overseas recruitment processes, including posting jobs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for HR inquiries, foster positive employee relations, and resolve workplace issues.
    • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, assist employees with enrollment, claims, and provide benefits-related information.
    • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labour laws, and institutional policies.
    • Training & Development: Support employee training initiatives related to compliance and professional development.
    • HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports for management.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in an HC Generalist role, preferably in Healthcare.
    • Strong understanding of payroll systems, labour laws, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Knowledge of trade union relations will be an advantage.
