Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Executive – Life Insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products, including life insurance, retirement plans, and savings solutions.
  • Provide professional advice on policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • HSC level
  • Proven experience in sales, insurance, or financial services (preferably in life or general insurance).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly.
