Our client reputed company specializing in the manufacture of accessories for hotels and businesses is recruiting an Accounts Clerk.
Job description:
- Processing and issuing invoices on QuickBook.
- Prepare cheques and bank transfers.
- Liaise with accounting department.
- Prepare and manage deposits.
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assist admin tasks.
Requirements:
- Well conversant with Excel
- Understanding QuickBook
- 2 – 3 yrs experience in the field
- Fluent in English and French
