Job Description
Our client is recruiting an Assistant Security Supervisor.
Main objective:
The Assistant Security Supervisor will assist in overseeing all aspects of the Security Department. He/ She will help in developing and implementing security measures and maintaining the overall safety of all stakeholders of the company. He/ She will be required to manage, train and assess the performance of the security staff.
- Oversee daily CCTV monitoring activities, ensuring that all surveillance equipment is functioning optimally.
- Regularly review surveillance footage to identify unusual activities, security breaches or safety hazards.
- Prepare and submit reports on any incidents observed, detailing relevant information for further investigation.
- Support investigations by retrieving and reviewing footage, preparing evidence for internal reviews or external law enforcement and compiling information as needed.
- Ensure that Watchmen are performing their duties as per company’s standards.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with the team.
- Deal with company’s stakeholders, outside contractors and the general public in a professional manner.
- Assist Head of Security with employee recruitment and performance management.
- Prepare the roaster for Watchmen, change, or adjust security deployment as required.
- Ensure the smooth running of the security department in the absence of the Head of Security.
- Ensure the safety of employers and customers by implementing appropriate procedures.
Candidate profile:
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Physically fit
- Willingness to work long hours.
