Our client in the Agro – Industry is looking for a Sales Representative.
The main goal of the Sales Representative is to be the point of contact between the company and its clients. The person will be responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sell products to clients or prospective clients.
- Present new products to existing clients and propose ideas on product uses.
- Coordinate sales effort with other colleagues of the sales team and the factory.
- Perform sales visits regularly and propose ideas/ solutions in a proactive manner.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Aim at achieving sales target in the defined schedule.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage customer loyalty.
- Work as part of the team to ensure achievement of targets and optimizing quality customer service.
Specific requirements
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Motivated and target driven.
- Ability to develop constructive interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good listening and communication skills; both English and French.
- Good organizational skills.
