Summary
Our client, Anahita Estates Ltd, the developer of the high-end real-estate development Anahita Mauritius IRS, and soon a new project in the Anahita destination (Anahita Beau Champ), is currently looking for a highly motivated Property Consultant who has passion and enthusiasm for the sale of luxury properties. Self-motivated and passionate about sales, to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
Expected duties:
- Execute presentations towards B2C and B2B audiences in key-markets
- Maintain a close follow-up with leads/ prospective buyers and real estate partners on a regular basis
- Regularly keep network database updated on developments and opportunities
- Present existing properties for sale to prospective buyers
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing homeowners, connectors, and brokers
- Follow-up on existing clients, prepare sales reports using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools already in place, keep the resale inventory up to date
- Update CRM tools on a daily basis so the management is aware of ongoing activities
- Work closely with the Property Executive - Commercial and the sales team to ensure efficient progress of buyers’ files
- Report to the Property Executive - Commercial and collaborate with the marketing team,
- Facilitate administrative procedures prior to the signing of the relevant reservation and purchase agreements (financing, due diligence process)
- Prepare and execute tactical development plans according to the Company’s marketing strategy
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs, and share insights, suggestions and constructive viewpoints
- Perform any other relevant duties as per management’s direction
Qualifications & Experience
- BAC / HSC + 2 or a degree in sales, marketing, commerce or any related field + at least 4 years working experience
- Full-time occupation
- Good written and verbal language skills (English and French)
- Integrity
- Great motivation and desire to succeed
- Strong customer relation abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience ins ales, preferably in luxury real estate or dealing with upmarket segments
- Great commitment to achieve results
- Team player
- Excellent written and spoken French & English
