Our client, Anahita Estates Ltd, is currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of Anahita Golf Resort's shared services and homeowners’ association situated at Anahita, Beau Champ.
The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in managing maintenance operations, a strong background in building systems and equipment, and the ability to lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure optimal service delivery.
Responsible for ensuring that all shared services and homeowners association maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, while also ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
The candidate will report to the Homeowners Association & Asset Manager.
- Oversee the maintenance operations of shared services and homeowners’ association.
- Ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and systems.
- Manage a team of skilled technicians to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Manage service providers and contractors to ensure all work is completed to the required standard.
- Ensure that all equipment is well maintained and up to the required standard.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget for shared services and homeowners’ association.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven working experience as a maintenance manager (5 Years).
- Strong background in building systems and equipment
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours.
- IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, email) at an intermediate level is a must. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
