Summary
Our client a service provider is recruiting a PMS Technical Consultant
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement our Performance Management System projects at Clients premises
- Provide guidance to HR Managers on PMS principles where required
- Act as facilitator in guiding HR Managers on competencies matrix and objectives settings for their work force
- Provide high standard trainings to Managers, Directors, Employees during implementation
- Provide support to Users on the PMS system
- Assist our HRMS Team on other HR related products (HR, ESS, Talent Management, etc..)
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum requirement : 3 Years experience in Performance Management System implementation
- Experience in Sicorax PMS would be an advantage
- Solid HR background and very fluent with Performance Management concepts (Weightage, Scoring,..)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle sessions with Senior Management audience
- Good solution provider with innovative ideas, capacity to challenge existing PMS at Clients side and propose trendy evaluation standards along with our solution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Good Team spirit
- Good time-management skills
- Client Focus
