Job Description

Our client is recruiting a looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT administrator to join their dynamic team. The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and providing technical support to staff and clients 

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance and Support:

    • • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.
    • • Install and configure software, hardware, and networks.
    • • Perform regular system backups and data recovery operations.

User Support:

    • Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving IT issues promptly.
    • Train and support staff in using IT systems and software.
    • Maintain a record of issues and their resolution using a ticketing system.

Security and Compliance:

    • Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT infrastructure and data.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Project Management:

    • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
    • Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs.
    • Manage timelines and deliverables for IT projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
