Finance and Administrative Manager

Position Overview

Our client is a dynamic group of companies specialising in HR solutions. They are seeking a fully qualified Finance & Administrative Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting activities and performing various administrative tasks to support their business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and audit requirements.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
  • Office Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including office management and facilities maintenance.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Human Resources: Manage HR functions such as payroll processing, employee records, and benefits administration.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

 

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Accounting
  • At least partly qualified ACCA (fully qualified is a plus)
  • Able to juggle with changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Should be able to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong resilience and flexible personality
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
