Our client, part of a well-known local group, is looking for a Store Coordinator.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the candidate will be responsible in leading and motivating teams to maintain efficient operations.
Seeking for a proactive leader with a solid background in inventory management and keen understanding of food safety protocols.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the daily operations of the stores
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient stock management
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or production management, or equivalent qualifications
• Proven experience in a store management or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
• A self-starter with a roll-up sleeve approach.
• Proficiency in MS tools and WMS software
