Our Client is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walking clients
- Follow up of orders’, raise concerns when issues with quality or delay arise
- Onboard new clients (indoor and outdoor)
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Regular stock takes at point of sales before order taking
- Prepare purchase orders, delivery notes
- Build and nurture good relationship with the clients
- Adhere to company policies, rules and regulations
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum HSC level or any other acceptable qualification
- Computer literate (Microsoft office – word & excel)
- A clean and proper driving license for private car
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales, ideally previous experience in automobile sector (spare parts, etc..)
- A “can do it” attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer presentation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Positive mindset and able to work in team
