Our client Espace & Vie/ Sieges et Bureaux, a major actor in the furniture sector is developing its activities and needs additional talents to accompany them in their new projects.
Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities :
- Assist the Managing Director in daily and long-term plans/ strategies through management, business development, Innovation and product knowledge.
- Ensure that the quality of product/service provided is of the highest level with a view to build a loyal clientele and promote company’s image.
- Develop new client’s database to continuously boost the company’s products sales through networking, events, PR & customer contacts
- Plan and organise a yearly calendar of events, marketing & promotional campaigns
- Ensure weekly sales follow up with feedback & report to management
- Ensuring the Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales budgeted figures are achieved
- Promote the sale of habitat department ( individuals/ villas/ hotels ) & Corporate ( offices ) & assist colleagues in the Procurement & logistics as and when required
- The ongoing management of key as well as new client relationship with regular visits to respective customers
- Ensuring proper understanding of clients’ needs and expectations and proposing alternative business solutions
- The promotion of core business development through identification of sales prospects by visits, emails, telephone calls or any other communication medium available
- Be acquainted with the technical details of the pool of products of the company
- Help to promote other companies in the group – Sieges et Bureaux, Espace et Vie & Vinariis
- Any other duties or tasks assigned by Management
Qualification & Experience:
- A Degree in Management would be an advantage
- At least 10 years in a similar position is necessary
- Analytical, planning, organisational and time management skills are vital
- Proactive people with 7 years of experience in technical field and a minimum of 5 years in people management is necessary
