Our client is recruiting a Senior/Lead Merchandiser
- Manage a team of 5 Customer Service Officers through the order management process (from order confirmation to delivery to customers)
- Review, assess and implement best operational and management practices that will improve the efficiency of the team individually and collectively
- Manage the KPI’s of the team
- Monitor, train and coach the team.
- Monitor the different dashboards with accurate and up-to-date information for effective and efficient reporting and decision-making
- Participate to the setting-up of the new ERP system from conception to implementation (quotation sheet, sales contract)
- A diploma in Sales Marketing would be an advantage
- Experience in leading a team of merchandisers
- Dynamic and proactive
- Well versed with ERP as well as International customers.
