Our client in the Construction sector is recruiting an Administrative Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing all claims and billing
  • Preparing payments to sub-contractors weekly
  • Preparing monthly salaries/wages
  • Preparing pay slips
  • Preparing payments to creditors monthly
  • Following up claims and payments
  • Preparing all deposits of payments received
  • Preparing all cheques
  • Typing letters or quotations if needed
  • Income money forecast
  • VAT / NPF / PAYE inputs and payments via MNS (if needed)
  • Administration works

Qualifications/ Skills required :

  • HSC level
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ work experience in an accounts/admin environment
  • Dynamic, Motivated, Pleasant personality
  • Fully computer literate
  • Able to work on tight deadlines and able to work with level of accuracy
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and/or in team
