Job Description

We are on the hunt for an experienced corporate trainer (in the field of Leadership and HR) to support our clients in their learning and development needs.

This is a full-time position at Proactive HR Services Ltd, and reports to the Director of Learning & Innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture the learning needs of the client
  • Develop or customize the training material
  • Deliver training to different levels of management
  • Debrief psychometric assessments of learners
  • Evaluate learners and feedback to client leadership

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in the service sector
  • At least 3 years of training experience (in HR and / or Leadership)
  • Excellent public speaking skills (assertive and comfortable with C-suite)
  • Able to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in gamifying learning sessions
