Job Description

Our client, part of a well-known local group, is looking for a Supply Chain Officer.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless supply of raw materials to meet the production’s needs.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will utilize your analytical skills to drive efficiency and cost reductions, making a tangible impact on operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

Collect, process, and analyse supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.

Material Planning:

Ensure the timely availability of materials through effective planning and market demand analysis.

Reporting:

Generate reports and make data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.

Dashboard Maintenance:

Keep production analysis dashboards up to date to provide clear insights for decision-making.

Team Collaboration:

Participate in and promote ‘Improvement Teams’ to foster a culture of continuous enhancement.

Daily Operations:

Assist the Supply Chain Manager with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations

Profile

A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Production Management, or a related field.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI or other analytical tools.

Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a hands-on approach, ready to achieve concrete results within deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple issues meticulously

Communication: Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
