Job Description

Our client is looking for a  Sales Administration and Contracts Specialist

Purpose: Support sales teams in:

  1. Strategic Pricing
  2. Commercial Contract Management
  3. Process Improvements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist sales in acquiring new business and renewals by reviewing pricing and margins.
  • Help sales use the pricing tool and adopt enhancements for automation.
  • Support pricing outside the tool and manage approved pricing.
  • Handle complex pricing models for tenders.
  • Monitor and analyze discount requests.
  • Collaborate to build pricing strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Improve sales administration for timely renewals and better service levels.
  • Manage and develop basic costing models for new services/products.

Contract Management:

  • Ensure use of the Contract Lifecycle Management tool and act as a support point.
  • Drive compliance and manage contract generation and changes.
  • Understand and respond to contract terms and exceptions, mitigating risks.
  • Prioritize and manage contract requests.
  • Train and guide the sales team on contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage deviations in product business rules.
  • Escalate contract changes to relevant departments.
  • Handle complex agreements with Legal.
  • Support tender responses with the Bid Management Team.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates.
  • Analyze and improve contract management processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Experience in contract management.
  • Preferred experience in pricing, sales, risk management, or finance (willingness to learn is key).
  • Experience in cross-matrix organizations, preferably in services, healthcare, insurance, or high-tech industries.
  • Commercial experience working with sales teams and managers.
  • Degree level education, such as BA/LLB or equivalent.
