We are on the hunt for an experienced corporate trainer (in the field of Leadership and HR) to support our clients in their learning and development needs.
This is a full-time position at Proactive HR Services Ltd, and reports to the Director of Learning & Innovation.
- Capture the learning needs of the client
- Develop or customize the training material
- Deliver training to different levels of management
- Debrief psychometric assessments of learners
- Evaluate learners and feedback to client leadership
- At least 10 years of senior management experience in the service sector
- At least 3 years of training experience (in HR and / or Leadership)
- Excellent public speaking skills (assertive and comfortable with C-suite)
- Able to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in gamifying learning sessions
